summer release Shootout At Wadala, she made sure to tell the filmmakers
that the lyrics shouldn't be objectionable or have double meaning.
It was a laudable stand and PeeCee got many bouquets in the media. This also became a publicity hook to promote the song.
That was Babli. Now PeeCee is Pinky — her latest item girl avatar in the soon to be released Zanjeer redux. As Pinky, Priyanka Chopra has done a complete turnaround. She's gyrating to a song, which is worded thus: Arey paisa phenk, tamasha dekh, Naachegi Pinky full to late…. Mumbai ki na Dilli waalon ki… Pinky hai paise waalon ki...The clincher however is: Mera network kabhi fail hota nahi.. Har mohalle mein haaye mera tower khada.
Objectionable, anyone? Double meaning, anyone?
Different rules for Babli and different for Pinky. Is it just a case of following the creative brief of her latest film? Or was the Babli lyric-sanitisation in reality just a publicity gimmick? These are questions that Priyanka can answer best.

A romantic love song Ras Se Bhare Tore Nain Saawariya required Kareena to kiss Ajay Devgan, however reports suggest that now married Kareena Kapoor flatly refused do the intimate scene with her co-star.
In Vishal Bhardwaj's Omkara, Kareena had done some very intimate scenes with Ajay Devgn. But that was before her marriage.
"Prakashji wanted at least a brush-on-the-lips since this was a very passionate moment between the lead pair. But now after marriage, Kareena Kapoor won't do any intimate scenes with any of her co-stars. Not even her own husband Saif Ali Khan. There is a certain code of conduct that Kareena Kapoor must follow as a Pataudi bahu. Also, Kareena Kapoor would do nothing to hurt her mother-in-law (Sharmila Tagore) whom she loves dearly," said a source from the Satyagraha location.
Sources from the location say Prakash Jha had to make do with just the suggestion of a kiss and zero-proximity between the pair.
"Bebo has always been fearless before the camera. It isn't as if she hasn't done kissing scenes. She kissed Aamir Khan in 3 Idiots, didn't she? But I think Heroine was her cut-off point as an actress. She did that very bold role with no holds barred. But I think she has made up her mind to avoid all intimacy on screen after marriage. I feel that that's a good thing. Prakashji had to fudge the kissing scene and we just see Bebo lying fully-clothed and alone in bed. That's it. I think her wishes as an individual must be respected," said one of Kareena Kapoor's co-star from Satyagraha.

Vivek Oberoi feels his Grand Masti co-star Riteish Deshmukh is the "torch bearer of adult comedy films".
Riteish has previously worked in hit adult comedies like Masti, Kya Kool Hain Hum, Kya Super Kool Hain Hum, and with Grand Masti the actor is returning to the genre.
"I think the audience would like the movie as Riteish has proved it before that he is good in such films. His other adult comedies like Masti, Kya Kool Hain Hum, Kya Super Kool Hain Hum were box office success. So we are trying to ride on his luck.
Riteish is a legend in the space of adult comedies. We have to credit him for being the torchbearer for such movies," Vivek told PTI.
The upcoming movie is a sequel to 2004 release Masti and will see Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani reprising their roles from the first film.
Grand Masti, directed by Indra Kumar also stars Kainaat Arora, Bruna Abdullah, Karishma Tanna, Sonalee Kulkarni, and Maryam Zakaria. It will hit the theatres on September 13.
Vivek realises the film's double meaning jokes can be offensive to some but insists it is a fun movie and should be
taken in that spirit.
"It is a very entertaining film. It has a lot of double meaning dialogues as its an adult comedy. So if you're 18 and above, then watch this film.

friends. Nine years has been too long. I just wish we have made this sequel earlier. But better late than never," he said.

Further adding, the friend accentuates, "Katrina's latest grouse against Deepika stems from the fact that Deepika should understand her plight because she too was clicked by the paparazzi in Dubai with Ranveer kissing her in front of guests at a night club. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones."
